Embassy Suites Room Reservation Cancellations
Embassy Suites cancellations must be handled through Patrice Gore at the Embassy Suites, via e-mail only at patrice.gore@hilton.com

Your suite cancellation request e-mail must include your name, arrival/departure date and confirmation number. Suites cancelled following this process will allow other SCEC attendees on the Embassy Suites room waiting list to take advantage of the available suites. 

Embassy Suites Room Reservation Waiting List
Anyone interested in being placed on the waiting list for the Embassy Suites should email their request to Patrice Gore at patrice.gore@hilton.com.  Include name and arrival/departure dates.   If someone would like to be moved from a condo/villa into the Embassy Suites they will also need to include their condo/villa reservation confirmation number.

Room Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after February 27, 2008 will result in a penalty of one night’s lodging at the conference rate.
